Machine features:

Supplementary gluing machine consists of three parts: vacuum paper feeding part, gluing and

folding part and counting and output part. Digital display adjustment box computer amplitude

modulation, dual frequency conversion synchronization is not possible, with fast, reliable and accurate

supplementary operation mode. Automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing and folding, automatic box

Paper supply department

part can be controlled independently, and the operation is simple and reliable.

3. The pressing roller is linked with the folding part, the height is adjustable, and the thickness of the

cardboard is 2-8mm.

4. The paper feeding wheel is linked with the folding part, the speed is controlled by frequency

conversion, and the paper feeding speed is 0-230m/min.

 

Folding and gluing unit
A. The glue quantity is controlled by imported high quality and stability motor, which is low noise
B. The gluing roll is made of stainless steel, which is easy for cleaning, the gluing is even and saves its volume. 
C. The transmission belt of folding unit is made of imported wear proof rubber belt, guarantee a long life time and makes the cardboard folding precisely.
D. The folding unit equipped with re-creasing and orthotic devices, the height of creasing wheel is adjustable in order to adapt different thickness of cardboard. 
E. The re-creasing device is able to re-crease the cardboard to reach a good creasing if the first creasing is not good. 
 

 

 

Counting and stacking department
