• Vacuum adsorption paper feeding overcomes the different bending degrees of cardboard and ensures smooth paper feeding.
• Pneumatic interlocking device.
• Front edge paper feeding system, high-precision paper feeding, intelligently controllable paper feeding time, can transport hard cardboard and three, five, seven layers of cardboard.
• The left and right side baffle motors control the left and right movement, with cardboard slapping function.

 Dust collection system (with electrostatic dust removal device)

1. Upper roller: The surface of the steel tube is wrapped with wear-resistant nitrile rubber, and the balance is corrected.
2. Lower roller: The surface of the paper feed roller is embossed with hard chrome plating.
3. The paper feed pressure roller uses a self-locking structure to adjust the gap, and the adjustment range is 0-11mm.
4. The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts a rolling cross coupling to reduce wear and make the transmission more balanced.

Printer Unit

Printing Roller

• Select high-quality thick-walled seamless steel pipes, anneal after welding to ensure stable performance, precision grinding and hard chrome plating on the surface. The printing brush roller is a shaft head forging part with a conical transition and dynamic balance correction after processing.
• The reel plate is hung with locking devices on both sides to make the plate alignment more accurate and the tension uniform.
• The full plate hanging groove is suitable for 9mm plate hanging strips. The foot pedal controls the forward and reverse rotation of the plate cylinder, which is convenient for loading and unloading and cleaning the plate.  

Printing roller

1. High-quality seamless steel pipe, precision-ground surface, hard chrome plated.
2. Dynamic balance correction to ensure smooth high-speed operation.
3. The pressure roller gap adjustment adopts a self-locking structure with an adjustment range of 0-12mm.

  Ceramic anilox roller (optional for sizes larger than 250 mesh)

Dryer  Unit

 

1. The infrared heating temperature is set by computer, divided into 3 sections, and can be automatically adjusted according to the speed of the host machine.
2. Automatic display of heating temperature. And equipped with high temperature automatic alarm function.
3. The height of the vacuum box is adjusted synchronously with other units to ensure the high-speed and smooth operation of the cardboard.
4. The adsorption width is adjusted according to the length of the cardboard, and the adsorption wind pressure is stable.
5. Anti-paper jam function Set up multiple sets of automatic paper jam alarm devices. Once a paper jam occurs, the computer automatically controls the host to stop.
6. Stop paper feeding and stop the infrared heating function. Automatic alarm on the touch screen. Ensure safety.
