1. The entire control system adopts Omron PLC control system.

2. All contactors in the control box adopt French Schneier brand.

3. Relays and circuit breakers adopt French Schneide brand, and photoelectric and proximity switches adopt Japanese Omron brand.

4. The bottom mold and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel (wear-resistant).

5. The whole set of nail heads are made of special steel and precision-processed by computer numerical control.

6. It only takes one minute to change the size of the carton and adjust the nail distance of the carton, which greatly saves time and is easy to operate.

7. The front and rear two-way baffles are configured, and can be used to order uncovered cartons, small cardboard boxes, and color boxes.

8. The rear section has an automatic counting function, and the number of finished products can be stacked and sent to the end of the conveyor according to the set number (1-99), which is convenient for packaging and bundling.

9. The front paper feeding part counts automatically, and the paper feeding table is equipped with a photoelectric sensing device, which automatically rises when feeding paper.
