YK-2000 Semi Auto Double Piece Stitching Machine

 

Main Features

 

1. The double-piece semi-automatic nailing machine is a new type of nailing machine with an automatic lifting worktable, which is specially designed for small double-piece forming cartons.
2. It is a high-speed operation and high-efficiency nailing model. It is another more advanced and practical model improved on the basis of the original double-piece nailing machine.
3. Its biggest feature is that it not only separates the upper and lower heads with servo motors, but also separates the left and right synchronous belts.
4. It can work in automatic mode when working, and the left and right belts are controlled by the left and right baffle photoelectric switches, which can make more effective use of the machine and improve productivity.
5. It can improve the finished product and expand the production capacity, and provide production managers with more flexible arrangements for production processes. At the same time, it can save unit time and labor costs.
6. It is mainly suitable for nailing small and medium-sized cartons.

 

Product Parameters

 

1. The entire control system adopts Omron PLC control system.
2. All contactors in the control box adopt French Schneidr brand.
3. Relays and circuit breakers adopt French Schnider brand, and photoelectric and proximity switches adopt Japanese Omron brand.
4. The bottom mold and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel (wear-resistant).
5. The whole set of nail heads are made of special steel and precision-processed by computer numerical control.
6. It only takes one minute to change the size of the carton and adjust the nail distance of the carton, which greatly saves time and is easy to operate.
7. The front and rear two-way baffles are configured, and can be used to order uncovered cartons, small cardboard boxes, and color boxes.
8. The rear section has an automatic counting function, and the number of finished products can be stacked and sent to the end of the conveyor according to the set number (1-99), which is convenient for packaging and bundling.
9. The front paper feeding part counts automatically, and the paper feeding table is equipped with a photoelectric sensing device, which automatically rises when feeding paper.

11. Mechanical speed: 600 nails/minute.
12. One machine can be used for two purposes, it can nail single-piece nailed cartons, double-piece nailed cartons, and irregular cartons.
13. The size is fully electric controlled, and it only takes 2-3 minutes to change the size.
14. It can nail reinforced nails, single nails, and double-row nails, all in one go.
15. The paper feeding part counts automatically, and the finished products are sent out for bundling.
16. It is suitable for small and medium-sized cartons, and the nailing is fast and labor-saving.
17. Adjust the nail distance, use the computer to set the automatic nail distance, and the nail distance is 30-120mm and can be adjusted at will.
18. This machine uses a computer screen to display the fault description.
19. Automatic wire feeding system, no wire alarm, 20KG large coil flat wire, saving time.
20. Applicable to three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer corrugated cardboard (special instructions are required for seven layers).
21. This machine uses four servo motors (i.e. two head motors and two control nail distance motors).
22. The whole machine has electrical isolation transformer protection function.
