Product Description
Function Introduction
- Human-machine interface - PLC control, independent stepper motor control for paper separation knife and order arrangement, automatic order arrangement speed of 1-5 seconds, error accuracy of ±0.5 mm. It can produce hundreds of loose orders every day, and it takes about 1-5 seconds to adjust the machine to change orders, which saves 3×100-0.5×100=250 minutes compared with ordinary paper separators
The operation is very user-friendly, has no technical content and can be operated by ordinary workers.
Slitting part: Using high-quality tungsten steel alloy blades with long service life, the cut cardboard is neat and has no cracks or burrs.
Both sides of the thin blade use rubber wheels to press cardboard for slitting, which overcomes the problems of not pressing the line, separate boards, deviation, and poor straightness.
The knife sharpening device adopts two pneumatic sharpening methods, automatic and manual, which can sharpen the knife while working, improving work efficiency.
Electrical appliances adopt domestic brands or imported products with reliable performance.
Adjusting the cardboard size is a one-person operation, simple and quick.

Machine Configuration
- Each set of tool rests and crimping stands is equipped with independent servo motor adjustment, and pre-pressure and real pressure are adjusted synchronously; left and right movement adopts rack and pinion and 25 linear square rail sliding, no gap, error ±0.5mm;
- The traverse beam is made of square steel tubes with a thickness of 10mm, which are heat treated, straightened, and then processed into finished products through a machining center to ensure accuracy;
- Human-machine interface ------PLC control, the interface is simple to operate, and is equipped with two carton modes and cardboard modes. It can cut and press lines for any box type and size. 3 groups of pressures are adjusted by electric one-button. Each group All are equipped with electromagnetic sensors, which have high precision and small errors. This machine is also equipped with a code scanning function, which automatically arranges orders after scanning the code;
