Function Configuration
Paper feeding unit (lead edge feeding)
1) The main control panel is controlled by touch screen and control buttons, which is convenient and reliable.
2) The main machine is started by double buttons to ensure the safety of operators and main machine.
3) Paper can be fed continuously or alternately (with counter) (paper can be fed alternately as needed).
4) Paper feeding count setting, displaying production quantity.
5) The left and right baffle positions are mechanically and electrically controlled to move the distance.
6) The front baffle is manually and synchronously adjusted to adjust the gap.
7) Four-axis front edge paper feeding 7.5KW fan, suction auxiliary paper feeding, to ensure smooth paper feeding.
8) The outer diameter of the upper paper feeding roller is φ155.4mm, seamless thick-walled steel pipe, wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, which not only maintains elasticity but also ensures surface wear resistance, reducing the flattening of the fed cardboard.
9) The outer diameter of the lower paper feeding roller is φ155.4mm, the seamless steel pipe is finely ground and embossed on the surface and hard chrome plated.
10) The two-roller transmission adopts a cross slider coupling transmission to reduce wear and make the transmission smoother.
11) The machine clutch adopts electric control machine clutch, and is equipped with a warning light to continuously alarm during operation to ensure the safety of operators.
12) The paper feeding part, printing part, and slotting part are automatically reset to zero by electric mode.
13) Pneumatic interlocking device.
14) The front edge paper feeding device frequency conversion adjusts the vacuum airflow and pressure to adapt to different cardboard sizes or curved cardboards.
Printing unit (one color per unit)
1. Printing plate roller
1) The outer diameter of the printing plate roller including the plate thickness is 420mm
2) The printing roller is made of high-quality thick-walled seamless steel pipe, and the surface is finely ground and hard chrome plated.
3) Balance correction, stable operation.
4) The reel is hung on the plate, and the single-side locking makes the hanging plate alignment accurate, convenient and fast.
5) The full plate hanging plate groove is suitable for 10mm hanging plate strips.
6) When loading and unloading the printing plate, the foot switch is electrically controlled for forward and reverse rotation, which is convenient and flexible.
2. Embossing roller
1) The outer diameter of the embossing roller is φ155.4mm.
2) Thick-walled seamless steel pipe, finely ground surface, hard chrome plated.
3) Balance correction, stable operation.
4) The pressure roller adjustment adopts a self-locking structure for the turbine box gap, and the adjustment range is 0-11mm.
3. Paper feeding shaft
1) The outer diameter of the embossing roller is φ86mm.
2) Thick-walled seamless steel pipe, finely ground surface, hard chrome plated, and the shaft head has a bevel to enhance the strength of the shaft body.
3) Balance correction, smooth operation.
4) The paper feeding wheel adopts a quick adjustment mechanism, which is simple and quick to operate.
4. Ink transfer anilox roller
1) Anilox roller diameter φ198mm
2) After fine grinding of the thick-walled seamless steel pipe surface, surface grinding, engraving of anilox, and hard chrome plating are performed.
3) The dots are consistent, the ink is applied evenly, and the service life of the printing plate and rubber roller is extended.
4) When the rubber roller and the anilox rotate, a speed difference can be formed, allowing the rubber roller to play the role of scraping ink.
5) In conjunction with the paper feeding system, the pneumatic automatic lifting device (when printing, the anilox roller descends and contacts the printing plate, and when printing stops, the anilox roller rises and separates from the printing plate)
5. Ink-distributing rubber roller
1) The outer diameter of the ink-distributing rubber roller is φ198mm. (Optional)
2) High-quality seamless steel tube wrapped with durable, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant rubber.
3) The rubber roller is specially ground at medium and high heights for good ink transfer effect.
4) The gap adjustment of the rubber roller adopts a self-locking structure with an adjustment range of 0-3mm.
6. Phase adjustment structure
1) Planetary gear structure.
2) Digital display phase indication makes operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.
3) The printing phase adopts electric digital 360° adjustment, which can be adjusted when the equipment is running or stopped, and the operation is simple and fast.
4) The printing plate roller adopts phase adjustment. The zeroing and plate adjustment speed is fast and the plate adjustment accuracy is high.
5) The whole machine and paper feeding are first automatically zeroed, with an accuracy of up to 0.5mm, and then the phase is automatically roughly adjusted. After a trial print, the digital input is fine-tuned to greatly reduce the waste of cardboard.
7. Ink circulation structure
1) Air pressure diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, simple operation and maintenance.
2) Ink filter, filter impurities.
8. Printing phase fixing device
Braking brake mechanism, when the unit is separated to adjust the phase, the brake mechanism limits the rotation of the gear and maintains the original tooth position fixed point.
9. Axial adjustment mechanism
1) The axial direction adopts an electric adjustment mechanism with a control range of ±10mm.
2) The touch screen displays the position data, making the operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.
Die-cutting with computer slotter rings (six-axis)
1. The die-cutting part adopts a six-axis arrangement, so that the cardboard is first pre-pressed by the pre-pressing wheel and then pressed by the pressing wheel. The cardboard is not easy to break and the box is neat.
2. The gap dial of the pressing wheel is electrically adjusted, with an adjustment range of 0-11mm. The cross slider mechanism is adopted. The transmission gear ensures the correct meshing state during adjustment.
3. The rubber pad roller and the die-cutting roller are made of high-quality materials, hard chrome plated after surface grinding, balanced correction, and increased operation stability
4. The die-cutting roller and the urethane foam are automatically disengaged through the cylinder control eccentric device when not die-cutting, which can reduce the empty and simple operation of the machine and extend the use of the urethane foam and the knife die.
5. The mechanical transmission can make the urethane foam move 40mm left and right, which can evenly distribute the wear of the rubber roller and greatly increase the use time of the rubber roller.
6. The die-cutting rubber roller is driven by a clutch. When the diameter of the rubber pad changes, the clutch device can reduce the influence of the rubber pad on the die-cutting accuracy of the carton, thereby extending the use time of the rubber pad.
7. The die-cutting phase adopts electric digital 360° adjustment, which can be adjusted when the equipment is running or stopped, and the operation is simple and fast.
8. This machine is equipped with an electric plate-free die cutter, and ordinary cartons do not need to make a die cutter. The die cutter is controlled by a servo motor PLC, and the electric box height adopts a planetary mechanism and a servo motor PLC control. By inputting the carton data, one-key order adjustment can be achieved, that is, the position of the plate-free die cutter and the box height position can be adjusted synchronously, with high adjustment accuracy and simple operation, which improves the efficiency of carton order change.
