1. Machine Structure: Composed of paper feeding, printing, creasing, and die-cutting sections, capable of completing printing, creasing, slotting, and die-cutting processes for three- or five-layer corrugated board in one pass.
2. Machine Frame: Cast iron with a thickness of 60 mm, thermally treated for good vibration absorption and no deformation. Holes are processed by high-precision CNC machining centers.
3. Control System: Full-computer PLC control system with features like order storage, plate wiping memory, quick job changeover, machine reset, and precise automatic plate alignment.
4. Paper Feeding Section: Shenzhen Hengli Junxing dual-chamber servo pressure-free front-edge paper feeding, stable and accurate.
5. Printing Section: Uses an anilox roller and rubber roller (optional ceramic roller with doctor blade) for excellent printing results.
6. Creasing Section: Intelligent adjustment system; simply input the box dimensions to complete the adjustment, making the operation simple and fast.
7. Die-Cutting Section: Servo-driven die-cutting section and servo-driven die-cutting pad roller for stable and precise operation.
8. Transmission Gears: Made of 20CrMnTi material, high-precision gear grinding, high gear accuracy, strong wear resistance, smooth transmission, and reliability, meeting national grade 6 standards.
9. Electrical Control: Uses well-known brands such as "Yadek" (AIRTAC), "Scneider", "Delta", and "Kunlun Tongtai" for stable, durable, and easy maintenance.
10. Bearings: High-precision and long-lasting, from major domestic and international brands.
11. Transmission System: Features a keyless connection ring and cross-slide block transmission mechanism.
12. Lubrication System: Each unit is equipped with a single oil pump for oil supply, combined with a spray oiler device to achieve recirculating spray lubrication.

Paper Lead Edge Feeding
- Front-Edge Paper Feeding Mechanism:
- Uses the front edge of the paperboard as a reference, with the roller feeding speed matching the paper feeding shaft speed, ensuring accurate positioning for printing and die-cutting.
- Shenzhen Hengli Junxing dual-chamber servo pressure-free front-edge paper feeding system uses multi-roller, multi-point suction feeding, with strong friction, high speed, and stable, accurate paper feeding.
- The suction air volume can be adjusted by frequency conversion, and the high-pressure centrifugal fan has a large air volume. The air volume can be adjusted according to the degree of paperboard warping to increase the stability and accuracy of thin and warped paperboard transmission.
2. Dust Removal Mechanism:
- A strong negative pressure blower is used to adsorb dust on the paperboard.
- A brush is used to remove surface dust and debris, improving the quality of the printed product.
3. Adjustment Function:
- Touchscreen centralized control, with phase adjustment for each unit, automatic reset, order storage, and plate wiping memory, enabling one-button job changeover.
- Front panel control, with functions such as machine start/stop, acceleration/deceleration, speed display, paper feeding fan acceleration/deceleration, speed display, intermittent paper feeding, continuous paper feeding control, and automatic counting.
- Side panel control, with electric adjustment of unit clamps, safety lock, and safety warning.
4. Paper Feeding Guide Plate Mechanism:
- The side guide plate position is electrically adjustable, with an automatic paper alignment device.
- The front guide plate is synchronously adjusted by a worm gear box, with an instrument handle displaying the position, ensuring accurate and convenient adjustment.
Printing

1. Printing Roller:
- Made of high-quality seamless steel pipe, with a roller thickness of 30 mm. The surface is ground and chrome-plated.
- Balanced and stable during operation.
- Equipped with a ratchet fixed plate shaft.
- Full-plate groove design, suitable for 9 mm plate strips.
- Quick plate loading and unloading, with a foot switch for electric control of forward and reverse rotation.
- The printing roller can be electrically adjusted horizontally by ±10 mm.
2. Suction Box:
- Uses ceramic rollers and sandblasted pressure rollers for stable and reliable paper feeding.
- The suction box air door is controlled by a cylinder, allowing the suction position to be adjusted according to the paperboard. The paperboard is securely adsorbed on the suction box.
- The distance between the suction box and the printing roller can be electrically adjusted automatically, with a range of 1-12 mm. The adjustment uses a cross-slide block mechanism, ensuring the transmission gears are always correctly meshed during adjustment.
3. Anilox Roller:
- The surface of the steel pipe is treated with advanced hard chrome plating, making it hard, smooth, and wear-resistant.
- Consistent dot pattern, even ink distribution.
- Extends the life of the printing plate and rubber roller.
- The anilox roller can be pneumatically lifted to prevent repeated ink transfer to the printing plate and to prevent ink from drying in the roller cells during short machine stops.
- The gap between the anilox roller and the printing roller can be electrically adjusted automatically, with a range of 1-6 mm. The adjustment uses a cross-slide block connection, ensuring the transmission gears are always correctly meshed during adjustment.
- Combined with the paper feeding system, it has an automatic lifting device driven by air pressure. (The anilox roller contacts the printing plate during paper feeding and separates from it when paper feeding stops.)
4. Rubber Roller: (Jizhou Hengfeng)
- The surface of the steel pipe is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber and is dynamically balanced by a computer.
- The rubber roller has a special grinding for high ink transfer efficiency. The rubber hardness is 65-70 degrees.
5. Doctor Blade: (Guangzhou Xingguan)
- The doctor blade main material is imported aviation aluminum, which is integrally formed. The entire blade does not use a single screw or drop of glue, completely eliminating ink leakage caused by loose screws or poor glue sealing. The entire blade is a sealed unit.
- The blade body is treated with anodized hard oxide before assembly, providing strong corrosion resistance.
- It has a quick blade replacement function, and plastic blades can be switched with steel blades.
6. Ink Supply System:
- Uses a pneumatic diaphragm pump, which is simple to operate and easy to maintain, ensuring stable ink supply.
- Automatic circulation cleaning and automatic ink supply.
- A filter net removes impurities to ensure printing quality.
- The ink pan is made of stainless steel, which is not easily corroded.
7. Phase Adjustment Mechanism:
- Uses a planetary gear structure, which is stable and reliable.
- The printing phase can be adjusted via a touch screen or buttons, and can be operated in both forward and reverse directions when the machine is running or stopped.
- Equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen for easy and quick control of printing roller phase and horizontal adjustment. Encoder signal transmission ensures full electric control.
8. Phase Fixation System:
- Uses an electromagnetic brake and clutch device.
- The transmission gear maintains the original meshing point for stable operation.
Slotter

1. The creasing section has a six-axis arrangement. The paperboard is pre-pressed by pre-creasing rollers before being pressed by creasing rollers to form lines, preventing paperboard rupture and ensuring neat box formation. The creasing rollers are in a modular design for easy replacement of line patterns.
2. The creasing roller gap can be electrically adjusted with a range of 2-12 mm. The adjustment uses a cross-slide block mechanism to ensure correct gear meshing during adjustment.
3. The knife shaft is made of seamless steel pipe, which is double-grinded and chrome-plated for smooth movement.
4. The creasing width is 7 mm.
5. The creasing knife is made of alloy steel, which is heat-treated and ground for guaranteed hardness and toughness.
6. The creasing section uses eight ball screws
for horizontal adjustment. The pre-creasing rollers, creasing rollers, and knife seats are servo-controlled for left and right movement. The box height is also servo-controlled and can be adjusted by entering box dimensions on the touch screen. This allows one-button job changeover for simultaneous adjustment of pre-creasing, creasing, knife seats, and box height, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
7. The creasing knife seat gap can be electrically adjusted with a range of 2-12 mm. The adjustment uses a cross-slide block mechanism to ensure correct gear meshing during adjustment.
8. The planetary gear mechanism allows the creasing phase to be adjusted via touch screen input or buttons, and can be operated in both forward and reverse directions when the machine is running or stopped.
