The main structure of the machine:
Main unit conveying section:
The conveying section is conveyed by the smooth surface of the conveying roller shaft to sufficiently reduce the abrasion of the conveying box by the conveying friction. A total of 36 conveying rollers are arranged on the left and right sides of the conveying roller shaft, which is driven by a special high-friction climbing belt to effectively avoid the slippage problem caused by the use of ordinary flat belts.
The transfer roller is divided into two sections, 18 rollers on one side, 11 on the front, and 7 on the rear.

The power roller is provided with a photoelectric sensing system near the paper inlet. When the carton contacts the first photoelectric induction, the power roller starts to rotate, and the carton advances. After contacting the second set of the photoelectric sensing systems, the push plate receives the signal and lifts the paper forward until the specified position is reached; after the push plate starts to move, the front power roller stops moving until the signal is received again.
In addition, when the paper feed direction roller exceeds the set time and no carton passes, the transport roller portion automatically waits for standby to save power. When a carton comes over, the sensing part automatically senses and starts to run.
Alignment:
The alignment is composed of up and down, left and right 4 directions. After the carton passes through the second set of the photoelectric sensing systems, the left and right are aligned to start, and the left and right directions are aligned. During the process of pushing the carton to the designated position by the push plate, the front of the carton is blocked by the packing tape and the completed carton in front, and the carton uniformity adjustment is performed before and after. After reaching the designated position, the upper platen is pressed down, and the vertical direction is aligned. The combination of the above several parts ensures the tidiness of the packaged carton and perfectly satisfies the upper folding, lower folding type glue box machine, and nail box machine.
Buckle:
Patented double-head buckle technology, all the noses are made in Japan, and the double heads are simultaneously buckled to improve the speed of the buckle and the precision of the buckle. The PE strapping used in the buckle is better and cheaper than the PP strapping, and the perfect interpretation machine has a double bow buckle.
Machine control:
The height of the adjustable speed conveyor and the height of the automatic double-head strapping machine can be adjusted. The heightened assembly of the strapping machine has a bottom-moving track and a secure design. The whole machine is controlled by a computer. The size and speed adjustment settings can be completed on the touch screen and controlled by the Taiwan Delta controller.
