Function and characteristic:

Human-machine interface - PLC control, independent stepper motor control for paper separation knife and order arrangement, automatic order arrangement speed of 1-5 seconds, error accuracy of ±0.5 mm. It can produce hundreds of loose orders every day, and it takes about 1-5 seconds to adjust the machine to change orders, which saves 3×100-0.5×100=250 minutes compared with ordinary paper separators.

The operation is very user-friendly, has no technical content and can be operated by ordinary workers.

Slitting part: Using high-quality tungsten steel alloy blades with long service life, the cut cardboard is neat and has no cracks or burrs.

Both sides of the thin blade use rubber wheels to press cardboard for slitting, which overcomes the problems of not pressing the line, separate boards, deviation, and poor straightness.


The knife sharpening device adopts two pneumatic sharpening methods, automatic and manual, which can sharpen the knife while working, improving work efficiency.
