Function Introduction

• Controlled by a human machine interface PLC system, this system is a robotic operating system with a more user friendly design. It enables quick settings and order changes within seconds, significantly reducing the time wasted on machine adjustment.

Machine Configuration

• Each tool holder and scoring holder is equipped with an independent servo - motor for adjustment. Pre - pressing and actual pressing are adjusted synchronously. The left right movement adopts a gear rack and 25 straight square rail sliding system, with no clearance and an error of ±0.5mm.

• The transverse - moving beam is made of 10mm - thick square steel tubes. After heat treatment and straightening, it is processed into a finished product through a machining center to ensure accuracy.

• Controlled by a human - machine interface PLC system, the interface is easy to operate. The paper - slitting mode has two options: cardboard mode and carton mode. Four group pressure can be adjusted with one key electrically. Each group is equipped with an electromagnetic sensor, with high accuracy and an error of ±0.1.

Paper Feeding Section

The lead edge automatic paper feeding system is adopted. The left and right hand baffle sizes can be adjusted with one key, and the rear support plate is electrically adjustable.

Stacking Section

After inputting the quantity on the display screen, it can automatically count and output cardboard, which is simple and convenient.
