Product Description
Paper supply department:
1.The paper feeding method of the belt front edge suction air is adopted, which is accurate and reliable.
2.The high-end electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system are adopted, so that the paper feeding part can be controlled separately, and the operation is simple and reliable.
3.The paper pressing wheel is linked with the folding part, and the height is electrically adjustable, which is suitable for the thickness of the cardboard of 2-9mm.
4.The lower paper feeding synchronous wheel is linked with the folding part, and the speed is adjusted by frequency conversion, and the paper feeding speed is 0-200m/min.
5.The front baffle plate and the paper feeding belt of the paper feeding part are adjustable left and right, with a cylinder slapping device, which slaps the cardboard regularly to ensure the neatness of paper feeding.
6.The transmission sprocket is fastened with a tightening sleeve, which is more flexible, easy to disassemble and not easy to damage compared with the traditional keyway installation method; the sprocket and chain are double-row type, which has a longer service life than the single row.
7.The left and right baffles are driven by ball screws to move the linear guide rails left and right, making the one-key
adjustment more accurate, the left and right sliding smoother and more stable, and not easy to burn the motor.
8. This machine is also equipped with a laser alignment function, which is more accurate and intuitive with a laser probe alignment.
Gluing and folding section:
1. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation system, which is noise-free, flexible and stable.
2. Imported high-friction synchronous belt with drum ribs is used to convey cardboard, which is automatically stacked and has strong suction to prevent the belt from slipping. The paper feeding is accurate and reliable without deviation.
3. Stainless steel wheels are used for gluing, with uniform glue amount, no trouble and glue saving. The horizontal movement of the glue box adopts ball screw drive to make the automatic single more accurate. In addition, a dust baffle is installed to prevent paper scraps and dust from clogging the screw and causing damage to the screw.
4. The folding section is equipped with a cardboard correction device and an indentation correction device.
5. The folding section has two rows of adjustable inner positioning guide wheel systems, which have higher forming accuracy.
6. The folding speed is 0-200m/min.
7. The anti-slip patterned plate is used, which is convenient and quick to repair and clean paper hair.
8. The horizontal movement of the big arm adopts a high-precision angler 1:1 drive, replacing the traditional sprocket chain, and uses a more accurate ball screw drive, which is quieter and not easy to damage.
Counting and stacking section:
1. Automatic stacking and neat output.
2. The main motor of the counting section is variable frequency speed regulation, the speed is adjustable, and the startup is stable and reliable
3. The cartons are transported by belts and stacked neatly at a speed of 0-200m/min.
4. The cartons are hit by a flapper, which has a correction function and a small deviation.
5. Counting and pushing are pneumatic, PLC electronically controlled, reliable, accurate and fast.
6 PLC programming controller and touch screen digital control are adopted, which are simple to operate, reliable in action, input data without stopping, and count automatically.
7. The output section adopts the synchronous clamping method of the bottom conveyor belt and the upper clamping belt to make the finished cartons stick firmly and output neatly.
8 .The servo differential is used for adjustment, which can accurately and effectively correct the fishtail scissors difference and other phenomena.
9. The paper collection trolley is supported by linear guide rails and driven by ball screws. According to the width of the cardboard, the distance is adjusted electrically. It is convenient and fast to use, and the walking is stable and accurate.
10.The baffle is made of stainless steel and has an automatic pneumatic opening and closing design, which makes the cartons stack more neatly and not easy to overturn.
Electric box control unit:
1.Ergonomic design is used, and the control console is designed as a slope, which is beautiful in appearance and comfortable to use.
2.The internal electrical components are reasonably arranged, the wiring is neat, and the labels are clear.
3.The electrical components use Taiwan Delta as the main controller and inverter, which are accurate and stable in control.
